HOW TO SEND ARTWORK TO

Layout Dimensions

A dimensioned template for your product order will be provided by FenDa Industrial.

Format

Adobe Illustrator (.ai) is our preferred format. We can also accept .jpg, .gif, and .tif formats. Photographs should be 300 dpi or greater resolution. All fonts should be converted to outlines.

Match Print

It is very important to send us a paper proof (preferred) or PDF file so we can independently verify the integrity of your cover design.

Sending Artwork To Us

We have a three-step, on-line process for sending electronic artwork.

• Submit your Artwork online by browsing your file for upload
• Please include a descriptive project title and your e-mail address
• Then upload the information using the “Upload” button.

Timing

We need your art files with your Purchase Order or at least 2-3 weeks prior to expected delivery.

Proof

We will produce and overnight mail two identical proofs from your file for your approval. Please regular mail one signed and approved proof back to Sunrise for our files. Should any edits or adjustments be necessary please notify Sunrise immediately.

Design Work

Additional graphic or color adjustments and proofs are available on a time and materials cost basis.
